Marking
Items are marked with the manufacturer mark, material grade, heat number, nominal size and schedule or class, and the governing standard. Marking is applied so that it stays legible after handling and installation.
Packing & dispatch
Machined faces are protected and items are packed in wooden cases or pallets for export. Sea-worthy packing, rust preventive coating and face protectors are applied where the destination calls for them.
